Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

UNOPENED ITEMS

Unopened, unworn items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in the same condition as received, with all original tags attached.

OPENED ITEMS

Opened or tried-on items may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to inspection. Refunds or exchanges for opened items are issued at our discretion based on the condition of the item upon return. Items must be unwashed, unworn beyond try-on, and free from damage, odors, or alterations to be eligible.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:
• Final sale or discounted items
• Posters, stickers, and printed goods
• Items that have been washed, worn, damaged, or altered

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, contact us at hey@animahouseapparel.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide instructions for sending your item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
