Shipping policy

We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

ORDER PROCESSING

All Animal House orders are printed and fulfilled on demand. Please allow 3–8 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Once your order has shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Estimated total time from order to delivery: 6–13 business days.

Please note these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING RATES

Free standard shipping on all orders over $100.

Shipping costs for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your package directly through the carrier's website. If you haven't received tracking information within 8 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at hey@animalhouseapparel.com.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Animal House is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once your order has been handed off for shipment. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at hey@animalhouseapparel.com and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once an order has been fulfilled.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand shipping to new regions.
